Controller. Eddie Giuseppe Fonseca Lima, based in Mexico City, Mexico, is responsible for any personal data you choose to share through this website, under Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

What data is collected. This site has no forms, no sign-up and no tracking or advertising cookies. I only receive the data you send by email or LinkedIn (for example your name, company and message).

How it is used. Only to reply to your message and follow up on your request (event, interview, workshop or professional conversation). I do not sell or share your data or use it for advertising.

Technical data. The hosting provider (Vercel) may log technical data such as IP addresses to operate and secure the service, under its own privacy policy.

Your rights. You can request access, correction, deletion or objection, or withdraw consent, by emailing eddie@efonseca.com.

Changes. Any change to this notice will be posted on this page.
